A law graduate of Columbia University, Carleton Crutchfield has practiced as an attorney in the Twin Cities area since the early 1990s. Initially focusing his practice on corporate finance and mergers & acquisitions, he transitioned into the area of general commercial transactions in 1996. Over the years, Carleton Crutchfield has provided counsel in bankruptcy and real estate and business transactions, including the formation of companies. From 2002 to 2009, Mr. Crutchfield served as a partner with Rush River Partners, which was based in the United States and Dubai. In this role, he managed an extensive portfolio of real estate investments. Since 2013, he has guided Crutchfield & Martin, PLLC, in St. Paul, Minnesota, as senior partner. He offers individuals dedicated support in diverse bankruptcy and consumer law cases. Mr. Crutchfield also provides small enterprises with assistance in structural, financing, and corporate development. During his free time, Mr. Crutchfield pursues his strong professional interest in constitutional law and mediation. He also enjoys fly fishing.
