Best roofing experience in years

Back in October 2025, we noticed a water stain on our ceiling. I was dreading the process because of past bad experiences with contractors, but Jim McLain made everything so simple. He came out to our home in Phoenix for the inspection and explained why our underlayment was failing. The crew from Canyon State Roofing was incredible and kept the driveway super clean. They even sent me photos so I could see the new tiles being set. It’s rare to find this level of professionalism and honesty these days. Thanks again to Jim and his team!
