Borke Mold Specialists, Inc. is your trusted partner for high-quality plastic molding solutions. Since 1990, we’ve been designing and fabricating molds for a wide range of applications, including vacuum forming, thermoforming, rotational, and pressure forming. Our 12,000-square-foot manufacturing facility features state-of-the-art CNC machining capabilities, including 3-axis machining for parts up to 80? x 150?, as well as dedicated wood and metal finishing departments.
We utilize advanced software like MasterCam to design molds and patterns, seamlessly importing IGS, STEP, and X_T files to meet your specific needs. Whether you have a fully developed product concept or just an idea, our expert mold engineers are here to help. We’ll design the part, create a 3D model, and turn your vision into reality. At Borke Mold Specialists, we take pride in delivering precision, quality, and exceptional service to meet the demands of modern manufacturing.
Our Industrial Vacuum Thermoforming Molds specialist team know that even the slightest discrepancy in dimensions, weight, finish, etc. can be catastrophic to the quality of the finished molded product. That is exactly why we perform quality inspections throughout the entire Vacuum Forming Mold making process.
Many of the materials that we work with include, aluminum, wood, polyurethane and epoxy boards. We also specialize in other materials like cast aluminum and CNC machined aluminum. From these materials we can create thin-gauge Vacuuming Forming Molds of the highest quality.
Our Thermoforming Mold Makers have capabilities range from vertical machining, deep hole gun drilling to MIG and TIG welding both aluminum and steel. Using 3-axis machining, we can work with parts up to 98 inches in length and up to 50 inches in width. Heights of those projects can be up to 26 inches in height as well. We also employ 5-axis Thremwood machines that exceeds the dimensional ability of the 3-axis. We can handle some pretty heavy projects; up to 2,500 lbs with CNC tolerances of +/- 0.005.
