| How I Got Started |
| Started in 1984 as a remodeling, repair, and maintenance company catering to the needs of investment property owners, we included property management in 1987. In 1990 our focus shifted to concentrate on residential property management. We no longer perform in-house maintenance but do use our knowledge, experience, and contacts to employ qualified independent contractors to promptly and professionally handle all repair and maintenance needs. |
