Our founder, Divya Kumar, grew up in a small city in India, where the food habits and recipes are deep-rooted in Ayurveda. She learned from a very young age how food impacts health and well-being. As corporate career beckoned connection to Ayurveda took a backseat. her daily meditation practices brought her back to Yoga and Ayurveda.
