Andrew Jares Oldfield is a construction professional with more than four years of experience in project management. Leveraging his knowledge of code compliance and quality inspection (confined spaces, OSHA, hazardous materials, scaffold/fall protection), Andrew Jares Oldfield serves as a construction superintendent with Holder Construction. He is currently involved in completing the 175-acre campus of Apple, Inc., which will run solely on renewable energy and include 2.8 million square feet of office space.
In addition to collaborating with inspectors and identifying issues in his capacity as a technical analyst, Andrew Jares Oldfield is responsible for subcontractor assignments and contributes to the completion of more than 15 closeout items per day. Prior to joining Holder Construction in 2016, he worked as a project manager with Bergman KPRS. His role included serving as superintendent for the remodeling of a 350,000-square-foot commercial shopping center.
He also worked with Crown Acquisitions and UDC Corp. Moreover, he began his career in 2010 as a property manager with Cloverfield & Broadway Limited. He holds a bachelor's degree in cinema from Humboldt State University and was a Level 6 apprentice with the Iron Workers Union Local 416.
