A dedicated volunteer for causes benefiting children, Alec Wasser is a New York resident who has lent his support to HOUR Children, STEPS to End Family Violence, and Edwin Gould Services for Children. With HOUR Children, Alec Wasser assisted with the daily operation of one of its nonprofit thrift stores and served as part of a group responsible for caring for children between the ages of two and four whose mothers were incarcerated. Additionally, he has volunteered at fundraisers for children affected by domestic violence and participated in the organization of annual toy drives for foster children.
Currently attending New York University in pursuit of a bachelor's degree in real estate, Alec Wasser previously studied business management and economics at Marymount Manhattan and Bucknell University respectively. He also has relevant property management experience as an intern with Mack-Cali. Mr. Wasser is a graduate of Suffield Academy, where he made high honor roll during his senior year and participated on the school's varsity wrestling team.
