At Burabura, everything centers on the harmony of
noodles, tare sauce, and aromatic oil — the essential trio of aburasoba.
Our signature tare is crafted using premium katsuobushi (dried bonito flakes),
our oil is a carefully blended mix of several types of Japanese non-cholesterol oils,
and our noodles are house-made and cold-aged for over 12 hours to achieve the ideal texture.
The combination creates a bowl that is rich yet surprisingly light,
with layers of flavor that unfold as you mix and eat.
For the chashu, we use a special recipe made exclusively for Burabura
by the renowned Yokohama deli Delicatessen München.
The tender pork, with its balanced fat and smoky aroma,
