Enterprise applications are more complex and have more functionality, and are specialized for specific roles. Enterprise UX design is focused on improving productivity and business outcomes, whereas consumer UX design focuses on user satisfaction and engagement. Enterprise applications are usually configured by administrators, whereas consumer applications are configured by the user. Enterprise UX design also has to consider legacy systems, security and compliance requirements. Consumer UX design is more focused on user needs and preferences. Enterprise UX design is an essential part of a successful business.
