| Adam Rose, hailing from Long Island, N.Y. started out as a restaurant manager in Brooklyn, N.Y. There, he had a variety of jobs in the culinary industry before working at Jack the Horse Tavern in Brooklyn, N.Y. After he moved to North Carolina, Rose was the lead chef at Elaine’s on Franklin in Chapel Hill, N.C. before becoming the Executive Chef at Il Palio from 2007 to 2013. |
