Massachusetts based teacher and educational administrator Naomi Tetherly currently teaches at East Longmeadow Public Schools. Naomi Tetherly holds a Massachusetts license to work as a principal and vice-principal at the elementary school level.Ms. Tetherly obtained a bachelor of arts in psychology from Columbia University in 2001. She also holds a master’s in school administration from American International College. Prior to her career in education, she served as an intake specialist at Cigna Health Insurance Company. From 2002 to 2005, she also worked as a disability claims examiner and customer service representative at the Hartford Life Insurance Company.In 2005, Naomi Tetherly began teaching at Robert M. Hughes Academy Charter Public School in Springfield, Massachusetts. She eventually became the special education director and academic enhancement coordinator of the institution. Outside the office, Ms. Tetherly enjoys running and learning foreign languages. She is currently writing a children's book and also enjoys traveling around the world.
