I am making this article to talk about another important aspect of nutrition, this time I would like to discuss a little bit about omega fatty acids, chances are you've heard of them, maybe when searching for supplements or for various diets and foods. Two things are certain, omega 3 fatty acids are very important for the health as well as performance of your brain but also other aspects of life and health and many people lack these nutrients in their diets because of their eating choices and of course what I mean is that many people eat unhealthy foods, it's not just about fatty acids, a lot of people lack various nutrients that are important for good overall health and performance, it is no wonder that so many individuals develop so many various health problems and so many people suffer from poor performance, cognitive decline and so on.
