How We Got Started
Diet Redefined was created to help people move away from restrictive dieting and find a more realistic way to lose weight, improve their health, and feel confident with food. After seeing how many busy professionals felt stuck in cycles of starting over every Monday, we built a dietitian-led practice focused on structure, accountability, and sustainable habits that fit real life.

Our favourite part of the business is seeing clients realize they do not need extreme diets to make progress. It is incredibly rewarding when someone feels more in control around food, has more energy, improves their health markers, or finally finds a way of eating that fits their work, family, social life, and long-term goals.
