Dzukou Valley: Also known as the Valley of Flowers because of the vast undulating meadows, the Dzukou Valley is a spectacular visual treat with its emerald green hills, mystical forests, serpentine streams and myriad colourful blossoms on the valley bed. The Valley is nestled at an altitude of 2438 meters approximately above sea level at a distance of nearly 24km from Kohima town. Dzukou Valley is most renowned for its stunning landscape, accentuated by the flower beds, most notably the native Dzukou lily which is found only in the valley. It is a visual treat both for nature lovers as well as adventurous voyagers.
