DHL eCommerce has launched its domestic delivery operations in Malaysia with a range of customer-centric services catered to Malaysia's growing e-commerce market. Malaysian online retailers will also benefit from DHL's range of cross-border shipping solutions and network of fulfillment centers globally to enable their international expansion. This will further accelerate the e-commerce market in Malaysia which is expected to grow at CAGR of 15.8 percent to EUR 1 billion by 2020, largely fuelled by recent initiatives such as the National E-commerce Strategic Roadmap, Digital Free Trade Zone and Economic Transformation Programme.
