I Struggled To Concentrate Due To ADHD – Then I Discovered NutriO2 |

My ADHD went undetected for a number of years. I’ve had it since I was a child but it wasn’t until I was 28 that I was actually diagnosed. In some ways this was a relief but in others it was pretty scary. ADHD makes it very difficult to concentrate on one thing. There are other symptoms, but this was the one that has affected me for so long – my results. I remember my academic performance being poor because I couldn’t focus on my work most of the time and the same goes for my job. There are a lot of treatments that doctors use for ADHD. However I wasn’t sure if I wanted to be hooked on prescription pills for the rest of my life. They did help me a bit but I always felt that it was a chemically induced change and not a more natural one. NutriO2 by Kevin Richardson is a natural treatment that allows your body to take in more oxygen. What does this mean? Essentially, this helps with producing healthier cells and having oxygen pump around your body more efficiently. It helps to alleviate pain and inflammation but does it work for ADHD? I decided to give it a 6 week trial duration to see how I got on. For the first few days I didn’t really feel anything. No particularly good effects but no bad effects either. This all changed after 10 days of taking NutriO2 and I couldn’t believe the results. In truth I was almost ready to give up after a week as I am a pretty impatient person anyway but I persisted with it. After 10 days I noticed a big change in how I focus at work and generally concentrate in everyday life. I was no longer taking hours to do a simple task in work that should really have taken me 30 minutes because my mind was wandering all over the place. I was able to put my full attention to a particular task. In fact my mind felt a lot clearer and less hazy – I didn’t have loads of things running through my head at once. The added oxygen into my system helped my brain to focus properly and it was as if I could see things clearer. It helped a lot with coping socially as well because I no longer lost interest in what people were saying after a minute or two – I could hold a conversation for a lot longer. I still take one medication that I am prescribed and I use this along with NutriO2. I have significantly decreased the meds that I was on and NutriO2 seems to have worked better than those pills did. Because I can forget things easily, the fact that the instructions for takingNutriO2 only consists of putting a few drops of the solution into a glass of water every day is really easy for me to follow. If you have ADHD or know someone that does then NutriO2 is definitely worthwhile looking into as it has helped me immensely.
