Nocturia, or excessive urination at night, is often the symptom of an underlying medical condition. This condition can be quite bothersome. Generally, people can sleep 6 to 8 hours without feeling the need to pass urine. But, in case of people suffering from nocturia, the need to urinate is more frequent.
