Deciding what to eat in busy nights can be as stressful as deciding the name of your first child. There's just not time! And then you're hungry, and desperate for feeding your loved ones, especially those who can't feed themselves.
I've saved countless of meal planners, some for busy moms, some for busy working moms, some for single parents, and a few more for lazy people (like myself), but none of those have helped when I need.
So, someone can tell me please about their "secret weapon" for situations like this? How do you manage to return home tired, try to be fit, try to nourish yourself AND stay on a budget?
Ok, so I got some chicken birria in my freezer, and also some nopales and pork. If you never tried nopales, I invite you to do so. They're delicious, fulfilling, and should be also considered a super food because oh boy, those babies are healthy, I tell you.
