Park City’s Main Street is the center of the action in this ski town. Robert Redford founded this restaurant in 1995, transforming an old rail depot into an instant Park City classic. This restaurant features signature entrees such as Utah’s Double R Ranch Ribs and Mexican seafood ceviche, served on a very unique material - slate, which is sourced by a company in NC, known as slateplate. The casual atmosphere combined with a refined American menu make for a unique dining experience at the bottom of Main Street.

Tucked into a strip mall in Prospector Square, this unassuming order-at-the-counter eatery has a salsa bar complete with at least twelve different salsas. Locals will tell you the creamy chipotle salsa is the best. Here you’ll find authentically delicious Mexican favorites such as enchiladas and chilesrellenos.

This Prospector Square restaurant is actually two restaurants. One side is fine dining, the other is casual sushi. Famous for the lump crab cakes, the seafood here swam in the ocean less than twenty-four hours before reaching your plate. For non-sushi lovers, try the Kobe beef burger or one of the hand-cut steaks. Many consider this the best restaurant in Utah.
