License Discipline and Convictions |

While issuing or renewing the license, the Board of Nursing Registry will check and inquire about any felony conviction or misdemeanor performed by the nursing assistant in any region, territory, or country. Inquiries for the same will also be performed in the military court. They will also check if the candidate holds any other license from any other disciplinary organization. If they find any reports from any of the inquiries performed against them, then the CNA license will not be granted to the candidate and further investigations will be performed.

After submitting all these documents, inquiry will be carried out by the relevant team, following which you will be given the further instructions that may differ from one state to the other.
