KVPY result will be announced tentatively in the third week of December 2017 or in the first week of January 2018. KVPY (Kishore Viagyanik Protsahan Yojna) and is a national level program which is organized by the Indian Institute of Science (IISC), Bangalore. This yojna includes two stages which are aptitude test and the personal Interview. After, the declarations of the KVPY result the candidates who would successfully pass or score a rank in this exam are then shortlisted for the next round which is the personal interview round. The KVPY exam was conducted on 5th and 19th of November 2017.
The eligible candidates who will be qualified in the first round which is the aptitude round then they will be eligible to appear for the second round i.e. the personal interview round so that they can go for the final selection. The weightage of the merit list will be based on the score of the candidates which they have scored in both (aptitude as well as the personal interview) round. - The weightage of the aptitude test in the result list is 75% and 25% is the weightage for the personal interview round.

- The result will feature name wise list would be published with the KVPY roll numbers and candidates can accordingly check their results.
- The documents required to bring mandatorily by the candidates while they go to appear for the personal interview are: the application form, admit card of the aptitude test, original mark sheets, SC/ST Certificate (if applicable), medical certificate (Physically challenged candidates), self- appraisal form, study certificate form and teacher recommendation form.
- The interview centres will be – Allahabad, Delhi, Jaipur, Kolkata, Mohali, Bhopal, Mumbai, Pune, Trivandrum, Bengaluru, Chennai, Coimbatore, Hyderabad and Bhubneswar.
All the qualified candidates will get all the information about the interview with the help of the email id they have provided while they were applying themselves for the Kishore Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana exam. The candidates are advised to read the given details carefully. If any of the candidates is not satisfied with their KVPY result, then in that case he/she can request for the re-evaluation of the OMR sheet.
Every candidate who has successfully qualified the exam should download KVPY result for future preferences. The candidates who will be shortlisted for the next round i.e. the personal interview round will have to appear for the interview on the scheduled date and time. The candidates will be only allowed to enter their interview centres if they would have their interview call letters along with them.
