Wireless Waiter Calling System |

Good food and service go hand in hand to provide a memorable dining experience. The quality of a restaurant's customer service is directly related to the level of repeat business it receives. In order to provide excellent service to your customers, you need an excellent wait staff. Clients are swayed by poorly-managed wait staffs. The use of a waiter calling system in restaurants has been shown to improve customer satisfaction. This method keeps track of the amount of employees and encourages them to be more productive. RF technology is used in the SEWACall wireless waiter calling system, which has a range of 70-100 metres in open spaces. All you have to do is insert the batteries, and you're good to go. Wireless SEWACallTM buttons are available on each table (call, bill, drink, cancel). Waiters split tables among themselves. Example: Waiter A is in charge of tables 1, 2, and 3, while Waiter B is in charge of tables 4, 5, and 6. This device is only for stewards. Assistance-seeking tables are identified by their table numbers via audio warnings. Calls only come in from the tables where the waiters are stationed, therefore their watches are tuned in to that. Tables 1,2,3,4,5,6, and the management are all represented by waiters A, B and C.
