The world is changing, and so are entrepreneurs. Jole Figliomeni, an Italian female entrepreneur, has been breaking stereotypes for years by being her true self: motivated, determined and committed! Jole Figliomeni, an Italian entrepreneur who has thrived in the male-dominated corporate sector for years, shares her top five tips on how to succeed as a woman starting her own business.
1. Have a strong mission The most important reason for starting a business is that you have an idea that needs to be implemented. If that seems to be the only thing holding back your aspirations, do yourself (and others) a favor and find something else worth pursuing!
Successful women entrepreneurs are often united by the fact that they had goals that became their missions; these people knew what it meant when someone said they were "working to achieve success": "they were working to achieve success."
2. Be prepared to fail To become a successful woman in business, you must be prepared to fail. Business is risky, but it is worth the risk when your reward can lead someone else toward success if they have difficulty achieving it! I've seen that most women who make things happen do so without worrying about whether their actions are successful or not: they go ahead and try anyway, which makes them really determined people overall-something we should all aspire to, because no matter what gender you belong to: being non-empathetic usually ends up working against us sooner or later.
3. Increase entrepreneurial skills It is no secret that success in business depends on many factors, but one of the most important is entrepreneurial skills. These can be developed by reading books or attending seminars on how to become a successful entrepreneur.
4. Time management. Women entrepreneurs must master the art of effective time management if they are to succeed. Women have many things to do, including running a business and taking care of family obligations, while trying to maintain some level of control over all this at the same time-it's hard! But it can be done; you need an excellent team behind you to support every step of the way so that each woman entrepreneur can focus 100 percent on what she does best: growing her business or expanding its reach. 5. Stick to the process Ninety percent of all businesses fail in the first ten years because not everyone has what it takes to follow this process and build something successful from scratch! The entrepreneurial journey is not always easy; there will be obstacles along the way that will test both mindset and motivation, but if we want our ideas to last longer than just one day, then maybe they need a little help getting off the ground.
