GoDaddy is shutting down Cloud Servers and Applications business the AWS-style cloud computing business was launched just last year for SMBs. They are aimed at smaller businesses making at least a partial move to the cloud.
As the initial report by TechCrunch, the Cloud Servers memoranda notes that the service will be stop being supported on December 31, 2017. Apps and development environments provided by Bitnami a YC startup that partnered with GoDaddy to produce a library of some apps that they may host with GoDaddy will be stop being supported on November 15.
