Yoga teacher in Gap, I give hatha yoga classes in the city center, yoga classes adapted for Hautes-Alpes back school, Yogatherapy, prenatal and post natal sessions as well as wellness massages non-therapeutic purposes. A graduate of L'IDYT I am passionate about transmitting a yoga respectful of everyone's limits and in a friendly and simple atmosphere.
