I would describe myself as a very motivated person and an expert in nearly every aspect of the Vehicle Service Contract Industry. I love taking something that is broken or is a challenge and succeeding. I started in the VSC industry in 2011, owning my own direct marketing call center as a start-up with just two employees—which grew quickly to a company that did over $10mm per year in revenue. In 2014, I created an administrator to administer the contracts that the direct marketing firm I started sold, and by 2015 I dramatically expanded my company to enter into the automotive dealer distribution channel. I sold my call center in 2017 and exited the direct marketing business to focus solely on growing dealer business. Over the past 3 years, I have overseen the companies I lead grow by over 100% each year in annual revenue. Currently, I lead 3 companies that collectively generate over $75mm per year in annual revenue, and I anticipate that figure to exceed $100MM by the end of FY2020.
