The Barefoot Method was created by Govinda Bader, Certified Rolfer, who has been practicing Rolfing in San Francisco and Berkeley since 2003. The Barefoot Method is an innovative approach to bodywork that incorporates the principles of Rolfing into a dynamic floor-based technique.Using his feet, Govinda applies slow, deep, sustained pressure to unlock the postural patterns that cause tension, pain and movement restriction.
