A lot of ''technicians'' will say that they're certified and copy and paste a logo to make you think that they're certified, but I post my actual certifications so you can be sure that I am. I'm Microsoft Certified on Windows 10/11 and I also have CompTIA A+, Network+ and Security+ certifications.
I've been doing computer repair for over 20 years. I've seen just about every problem there is, although something new pops up every now and then. I can do any hardware/software repair or upgrade that you may need. If you have a software problem and are able to connect to the internet, then I may be able to fix it remotely.
To me, nothing is more important than customer service. I treat my customers the way I would want to be treated. And if I can save you money by helping you do it yourself, then I will do that.
I charge a flat rate of $80 plus parts if needed. No diagnostic fee. If I don't fix it then you pay nothing.
