How We Got Started
Saving American Hearts, INC came to Colorado from Dallas, Texas in 2014. We are located at 6165 Lehman Drive Suite 202 Colorado Springs, Colorado 80918. This is a woman owned and family run business since we first opened in April of 2010.
My name is Catherine Brinkley and I am the mother of three girls and four weiner dogs. I totally understand calling in sick because your dog sick! LOL! My daughters Ashley, Amanda and Kristin all help keep things running. I really enjoy what I do and I can't tell you how awesome it is to be able to stay home in bad weather or snowstorms, all working together safe and warm, drinking hot chocolate and cuddling all our weiner dogs who sit right beside us under the electric blanket. Being the owner, it's also really nice being able to call in because my socks don't match, or my weiner dog is bawling because he wants a Starbucks pup cup and doesn't want me to leave the house today.
Favorite Part of the Business
We all love to teach. It's more of a passion, and it's so much fun!!! It's not like going to work everyday. It's so much more than that. Not just teaching the advanced classes, but seeing the relief on a new mom's face after her and her whole family have taken a free CPR class.
