Ryan Ly is an experienced Los Angeles-based film and television agent who serves as the principal of Curate Entertainment. Prior to establishing the agency, Ryan Ly spent 12 years with Creative Artists Agency (CAA) and became its youngest-ever department head when he was promoted to oversee its television literary department. In this position, he managed a team of 18 scripted television agents across offices in Los Angeles, New York, and London, and procured the sale of profitable, Emmy-winning series such as AMC's Better Call Saul and Amazon's Good Girls Revolt.
As a CAA agent and trainee, Mr. Ly consistently led the literary department in booking jobs on popular television series such as The Walking Dead, Game of Thrones, and Breaking Bad. In addition to client representation, Mr. Ly helped shape the agency's diversity and inclusion efforts as well as its training program.
Ryan Ly holds a bachelor's degree in English and film studies from the University of Pennsylvania.
