Robert Fraxedas began his postsecondary education studying philosophy at the University of Florida. Distinguishing himself academically, Robert Fraxedas graduated cum laude and earned admission to the University of Florida Levin College of Law.
Graduating with his JD in 2005, Mr. Fraxedas went on to become an associate at Alvarez, Sambol & Winthrop, PA, in Orlando, Florida. There, he focused on insurance defense, employment law, and healthcare litigation.
In 2007, Mr. Fraxedas joined the Whittemore Law Group, where he focused on personal injury and mass tort litigation. Moving to Swann & Hadley in 2009, Mr. Fraxedas switched focus to commercial litigation and estate planning.
Shifting fully to estate planning in 2011, Mr. Fraxedas served at Bogin, Munns & Munns, where he handled probate, end-of-life planning, estate planning, and incapacity matters. In 2014, Mr. Fraxedas returned to school, earning a master of laws (LLM) degree in estate planning from the University of Miami School of Law.
Graduating cum laude in 2015, he briefly served as an attorney at Osborne & Osborne before establishing his own practice, Robert J. Fraxedas, PL, in Boca Raton, Florida. In this position, he handles probate, estate planning, and trust administration, as well as delivering lectures on probate.
