Gluten-free: Asian Chicken Lettuce Wraps are a quick, healthy dinner idea. The trick to making this simple 5-ingredient meal is to gently sauté the green onions, fresh ginger and garlic until they are fragrant (about 2 minutes). Then add the ground chicken or turkey, and cook until it’s done, stirring frequently. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Bibb lettuce is the healthiest, but you can also use a small corn or flour tortilla. Drizzle with a little soy, peanut or hoisin sauce. |
