Dietitians in Bengaluru

Hi, I'm Rajshree, the chief nutritionist at LivFit. It's a known fact that diabetes and obesity, the so-called twin epidemics, have increased at an alarming rate over the past few decades. At LivFit, we've been helping people with type 2 diabetes, prediabetes, and so on. When they develop the disease, their overall conceived notion is that this is a chronic progressive disease, and they will have to live with it throughout their lives, and the best they can do is just manage it. What needs to be understood and addressed is that this is not a disease that needs to progress, it's simply not true. Type 2 diabetes is a disease that develops with too much insulin resistance. On the flip side, treatments over the years have targeted high blood sugar, which is simply one of the symptoms, and not the root cause of the disease, which happens to be insulin resistance.
