Nick Spiridellis is a veteran of the business community with more than 40 years of entrepreneurial experience founding numerous technology-oriented companies. Over the past four decades, he has formed companies in the areas of health care, technology, and communications. Currently, Nick Spiridellis is a member of Charitable Endeavors, LLC.
Mr. Spiridellis studied Economics at Queens College, City University of New York. Enrolled in night courses while working during the day, he was forced to take a two-year leave when called into active duty by the military. Following his service in the military as a Computer Specialist for the United States Army in Ft. Gordon, Georgia, as well as in Vietnam, Nick Spiridellis served as Vice President of Technical Services at CGA Computer Associates, Inc. and Technical Manager at ACI. In 1974, he formed his own company, Spiridellis and Associates, Inc., which provided technical support and systems programming services and established the first data center designed specifically for disaster recovery. In 1983, he acquired CompEd Learning Centers before forming the Spiridellis Consulting Group, which later merged with Raycomm Transworld Industries, Inc., in Los Angeles. Mr. Spiridellis then founded VOISYS Systems Corporation, a company that processed credit applications by phone for the automotive and mortgage industries, which he served as Chief Executive Officer until its merger with CIQ, Inc.
