"Hottest" Selling Service | Criminal Defense attorney and lawyer. Free consultations are always offered. |
How I Got Started | After working in federal law enforcement, being a social worker in San Francisco County Jail and providing Monterey County drug and alcohol services, including program administration and one-on-one counseling, I realized that the only way to really help people was to have the ability to navigate the court system that many of my former client base was involved in. I attended law school and quite by accident fell into criminal defense. |
Favorite Part Of The Business | Taking what could otherwise be a life destroying situation for my clients and turning it around into a positive learning and educational experience, often getting case dismissed or dispatched at trial. Most of my clients area good people who have had bad days. I am able to use my college degrees (finally) in helping good people through difficult patches in their lives. |
Customer Can Expect | An attorney like no other. Being an attorney is what I do, NOT who I am. I am not hung up on being an attorney like so many others who think that the client must bow at their feet. My office has a very casual attitude where he try to reduce the client stress and we spend much more time during our initial consultations so our potential clients understand just what they are up against, and the good, bad and ugly of the cases. If you do not leave our office with a headache from all the information that you receive then you were not paying attention. |

What Sets Us Apart | Night and weekend appointments. Consultations in the office or on the phone, your choice. Payment plans, credit cards, money orders and post-dates checks are available to qualified clients. Each client is given a way to contact the attorney day and night, be it by phone, text or e-mail, we normally get right back to you. Your problems are not Monday to Friday, nine to five, and we recognize that so we are available when you are. |
