A real estate professional and entrepreneur, Mohsen Grayeli has amassed more than 20 years of experience as an investor, developer, and landlord. He started with apartment complex and home remodels to establish a portfolio and later founded his holding company, ASAP, LLC. Based in Washington, DC, Mohsen Grayeli currently supervises multi-million dollar construction projects of private and government properties in the nation’s capital. In 2011, he received the contract for the 410 E Street, NW Renovation Project for the District of Columbia Courts.
Away from the office, Mohsen Grayeli enjoys playing tennis, listening to Billy Joel albums, and attending Pittsburgh Steelers football games. He fuels his passion for learning by reading, and his favorite books include The Smartest Guys in the Room by Bethany McLean and The Power of Positive Thinking by Dr. Norman Vincent Peale. An avid traveler, he strives to open his mind to new cultures, experiences, and cuisines.
