Services |
Buyer's agent, and listing agent, for all types of property. Experience in US real estate law and Mexican transactions helps me work at putting together development packages. Member of the expanded AMPI Los Cabos BCS Multiple-Listing Service, offering access to all properties listed anywhere in the state by a member brokerage. The IDX link on our website allows clients to make their own searches of this database. |

"Hottest" Selling Service |
The Costa Loreto project, and sub-projects, offer one of the few truly unique opportunities for a developer in the Baja. The area is a boater's paradise but lacks a true marina. Its location on the north edge of the historic city itself is a major advantage, offering easy access to the town and dining and night life, and the property is fully serviced with electrical service, water and sewer, and phone. Remarkable opportunity to fill a critical niche. |
|
Specializes In |
Handling purchase or sale of residential and other real estate in Loreto, Loreto Bay, and nearby areas on the Sea of Cortez abut six hours north of Los Cabos by car. Currently have one large (215 acre) parcel called Costa Loreto, with permit for a marina, a luxury beachfront home, and a smaller luxury beachfront development parcel, B&B's and single family available. |
|
How I Got Started |
Visited Los Cabos for 10 years, then semi-retired out of a law practice in the US that specialized in real estate closings and related matters, moved to Los Cabos, and went into real estate sales there. Went into management with Century 21 there, and in early 2011 established this brokerage and moved to Loreto. |
|
Favorite Part Of The Business |
I enjoy working with people, from a customer looking for a house or condo for vacation or eventual retirement, to the developer or investor looking for the right time and place to get into the Baja real estate picture. |
|
Customer Can Expect |
Very knowledgeable service. In addition to paying attention to all transactions and studying the documents with my growing Spanish professional vocabulary, in 2008 I took a ''diplomado'' course of several weeks length offered by AMPI Los Cabos, then took a half-day exam similar to a bar exam, for the equivalent of a university degree in real estate marketing. I was one of the few who passed. In 2010 I took a second course, in real estate valuation, and obtained a certificate as a result. All of these processes and testing were in Spanish. I find the ability to real the documents very valuable to both me and my clients. |
