Michael Saei is the principal and founder of First Financial Capital (FFC), LLC in Los Angeles, California. Where he still oversees the daily activities of the firm. He focuses on purchasing multiple-unit station portfolios from oil conglomerates such as ConocoPhillips. Since he began his work in commercial real estate in 2003, Michael Saei and his partners have bought more than 1,000 stations at a wholesale price and then turned around and sold the sites for retail purposes.
Before founding the firm, Michael Saei worked for two years as senior director of acquisitions and finance at Tower Energy Group. Upon completion of his work at the company, which is the country’s largest independent gasoline marketer west of the Rocky Mountains, he was asked to give consultative services to the organization’s principles. He also spent four years as senior vice president and director of national sales at Franchise Mortgage Acceptance Company (FMAC). He used his contacts found within the national petroleum industry and brought more than $1 billion in financing for FMAC.
Michael Saei attended undergraduate school at Baylor University in Los Angeles where he studied civil engineering.
