As the chief of staff with Al Tajir Industries, Mellissa C. Riddle helps this international glass manufacturer with a range of project management and public relations issues. She also assists with real estate initiatives, infrastructure investments, and personnel vetting as an attaché to Al Tajir’s chairman of the board. Before joining Al Tajir in 2014, Mellissa Riddle served Unified Solutions as a project manager, a position that placed her in charge of contracts with organizations that included the Source Capital Group and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT).
In addition to her day-to-day responsibilities, she frequents industry conferences and events, including the Skoll World Forum on Social Entrepreneurship and gatherings hosted by the Institute for New Economic Thinking.
Outside of the professional arena, Mellissa Riddle is a passionate advocate for human rights and social entrepreneurship. As such, she has lent her support to endeavors that include the Harvard University Religious Literacy Project and the MIT Energy Initiative. Mellissa C. Riddle also has earned an official community honor from A Place to Grow and volunteered with the American Red Cross for more than 17 years.
