An accomplished physician, Matthew Taub, MD, brings nearly two decades of experience to his work as a board-certified oncologist and hematologist at Optimum Oncology Hematology Associates in Pembroke Pines, Florida. In his practice, he relies upon evidence-based medicine and recommendations made by groups such as the National Cancer Committee Network to develop treatment plans for his patients. Over the years, Dr. Matthew Taub has gained experience with a range of benign and malignant disorders while treating patients in New York, New Jersey, and Florida.
Dr. Taub received his bachelor’s degree from Ithaca College and MD from Ross University School of Medicine. He completed his internship and residency at the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey and a fellowship in hematology and oncology at New York Medical College. In addition to his regular practice, Dr. Matthew Taub teaches future health care professionals as a clinical adjunct faculty member at Miami Dade College.
An active member of the medical profession, Dr. Taub belongs to groups and organizations such as the American Society of Clinical Oncology, the American Society of Hematology, and the Florida Medical Association. He also serves on the Multidisciplinary Committee of Memorial Hospital Miramar.
