Manuela’s Cake uses high-quality, fresh products. We use the same dough used in classic Italian-style sponge cakes, flavoured with alcoholic or alcohol-free mud cake and fruit cake.
The fillings are made with Chantilly cream, pastry cream or butter cream of various types: coffee, chocolate, strawberries, pistachio, Ferrero Rocher, vanilla – or even with fresh fruit!
We make different kinds of homemade cakes but in particular we make italian style cakes and pastries and customized cakes.
