Life by Body is about empowering clients to sustainably shift patterns in order to improve their lives through fitness and food. These patterns include long-term inactivity, having overweight, body imbalances, illnesses, chronic pain from misuse, or patterns of aging that develop as we get older. Together I will work with you to have fun while we align, strengthen, and improve everyday functionality while also getting your body to a place that makes you excited to live in it!
