If you recently grabbed and started a program from me - please, follow that program all the way through until you complete it. Then, send me your results.
We’re halfway through January and I hope the New Year is surpassing your expectations so far.
But if it’s not, here’s an idea for you:
What if you just picked one thing - one kettlebell program - and followed that, without distractions, for the entire year?
For example, I got this email from Cutter about his results from “focusing on one thing”.
So check out Cutter’s main points:
[1] He committed to the challenge of staying focused
[2] He ran ‘THE GIANT’ for a year-and-a-half, and started at 2x50lbs KBs for 20 sets of 5 in 30 minutes
[3] He finished with a pair of 85lbs dumbbells for 13 sets of 8 in 30 minutes. (Some leg drive included - a.k.a. - Push Presses - which is perfectly acceptable.) WOW! |
