An experienced nurse who has cared for patients in Illinois and Wyoming, Judith Abraham is the holder of a diploma degree in nursing from St. Francis School of Nursing and a bachelor of science in nursing from Elmhurst College. Proficient in Kronos, WatchChild, Eclipsys, Meditech, and GE Perinatal, Judith Abraham is National Certification Corporation certified in inpatient obstetrics.
Ms. Abraham began her professional nursing career at Sherman Hospital in Elgin, Illinois, where she served in the labor and delivery unit. She later moved to the Advocate Lutheran General Hospital in Park Ridge, Illinois, where she also served in labor and delivery before being promoted to perinatal case manager in 2003. As a manager, she worked alongside the maternal fetal medicine group to coordinate inpatient and outpatient care for women and infants. While serving at the hospital she received its 2004 “I’m Your Advocate” award for helping save the life of a patient and her baby.
After Advocate Lutheran, Judith Abraham went on to serve in various hospitals including St. Alexius Hospital and Centegra Hospital McHenry in Illinois and Thermopolis Hospital in Wyoming. She now works at Northwestern Medicine Central DuPage Hospital.
