Jordan Mitchell is the Director of Commercial and Corporate Card Solutions at the Royal Bank of Canada (RBC) in Toronto, Canada. In his role, Jordan Mitchell is responsible for the P&L and future product direction of Commercial Cards. He is fascinated with the ongoing transformation from the physical to digital world and how corporate travel and B2B (business-to-business) payments will evolve over time.
Mr. Mitchell studied business at the Ivey School of Business at Western University in London, Ontario, Canada, receiving both an HBA (Honors Business Administration) and MBA (Masters of Business Administration). Prior to joining RBC, he worked as Director of Product Management, In-Home Service and Energy Efficiency at Sears Canada and Business Planning Manager at Levi Strauss & Co. (Canada). He also worked as a case writer and research associate authoring over 120 case studies for Harvard Business School, IESE Business School, Darden School of Business, Dalhousie University and Ivey Business School.
