Hosted by Nathan P. Keith Horton is a spoken word poet living in Princeton, New Jersey. His poetic roots are old school (such as Nikki Giovanni, Pedro Pietri, and Pablo Neruda.) and his motto is ''Life is not about waiting for the storm to pass, but learning to dance in the rain.'' He began writing at 11 years old and later started performing as an MC at various hip-hop events in New York City and northern New Jersey. He's appeared at such series as The Roots, Afrikan Poetry Theater, Urban Juke Joint, Ashford and Simpson's Sugar Bar, The Southern Comfort Café, and of course The Inspired Word.
