Chef Patron & Founder Ryan was introduced to cooking at a very young age in the kitchen working alongside his dad at his own restaurant. After that, he went to London following an ITS course back in 2006. A year abroad working at Hilton Heathrow Hotel he decided to look for a bigger objection to working at one of the famous Chef in the UK Gordon Ramsay, who started as a Commis Chef in his Michelin Star restaurant Ryan never gave up since he wanted to learn and understand more the kitchen. He spent a whole
year at Gordon Ramsay Maze in London under the Chef Patron Jason Atherton who now owns (17 upmarket restaurants across the globe), Chef Ryan ended up gaining a position as a Demi Chef, Then Maze had opened their sister Restaurant Maze Grill worked as a Chef De Partie on Pastries & Meat Section and spent six months gaining experience of high-quality meat such as Wagyu under the Chef Patron Arnaud Stevens and also some quality French Breakfast.
