In the heart of the Hex Valley, situated snugly between the valleys and the mountains, we find De Doorns, where the beautiful vineyards are spread out like a majestic quilt amidst the blue-gray mountains. It is on one of these farms where the resourceful farmer’s wife, Christine Jordaan, has been running a goose down-business for 20 years.
