Arm Up System Review

Choosing an exercise of which you can do hundreds of repetitions is a waste of time. High repetition rate produces smaller muscles, if it ever does, because of its low intensity. Choose your exercises such that you can't go over 30-40 reps and limit yourself to only 6-8 sets of 25-35 reps per week. The key with reps is to do them in slow concentrated movements.
