An award-winning real estate developer and investor, Gary Bradley is based in Austin, TX. In 1977, he created what was then the largest and most exclusive suburban development in the city, Rob Roy. The project became a local standard for environmentally sensitive construction. Later, Gary Bradley developed Circle C Ranch, a master-planned community of nearly 5,000 luxury homes. The development includes the first veloway built in the United States, more than 500 acres of green space, the Circle C Swim Center, and the Grey Rock Golf Course, as well as the Ladybird Johnson Wildflower Center.
Mr. Bradley won international recognition for his work on Circle C, and real estate developers from around the world turn to him for advice on environmentally sensitive development. He also pioneered public-private partnerships to extend Texas State Highway Loop 1, also known as the MoPac, south from Austin to Circle C.
Recreationally, he enjoys spending time with his three children and keeps active by playing basketball. Also a fan of professional basketball, he previously owned 25 percent of the Houston Rockets. During that time, the team won two championships in consecutive years.
